Some years ago, a friend of ours wanted some national flags for a
website or something that he was working on. Knowing that I could
produce animated GIFs he had me work on some.
I created these with a very basic 3D model and captured each frame
using the Print Screen key.
This is the first of seven.

A blend of me and of Danbuster, my alter-ego. Which is real?

An old animation of Danbuster welcoming you to a web page. This was
created using vector drawings grabbed from Microsoft PowerPoint.

In the first year of my BA Digital Media course at University, we were
given the assignment of producing a website (any topic) using Dreamweaver.
My topic was GNAW, the Garden of Natural Animal Ways – a UK wildlife
website, since that is a zealous interest of mine.
Well, as you will know, the Internet is saturated with annoying banners
such as these. Naturally, I decided to take the Mickey out of it.
On the actual website that I submitted, this was a rollover image – that
is it reacted when the mouse was 'rolled over' the image.

This was made soon after I completed my 3D Danbuster character model in
Animation:Master. Since I had become a member on their website forum, in
order to find help when I needed it, I created this short animation for
the sole purpose of being my forum avatar.
