The Taggerung & Nimbalo the Slayer
Wow! It had been some time since I drew anything I considered worthwhile!
Inspired by what was in this year Brian Jacques’ latest book, The Taggerung: A Tale of Redwall, this is a drawing of the Taggerung and his little harvest mouse friend, Nimbalo – called (by himself only) the Slayer. He has his reasons, but you would have to read about that for yourself!
Part of what I was thinking of when I drew this, was the difference in size between a big tough otter and a little harvest mouse. (The harvest mouse being the smallest type of mouse I know of)
